URGENT PRAYER NEEDED
Shalom all,
Moshe and I would like to ask you all for your prayer support.
Moshe had some tests done last week because of pain he has been experiencing in his back and kidney area.
We got the results back today and I am very sad to report that the news was not good. Moshe has cancer in his spine. They believe that this could be a cancer that has returned, as he had cancer in his throat some years ago. At that time he went through surgery, chemo and radiation treatment.
He will be admitted to the hospital tomorrow morning. At that time they will run more tests and give us a better diagnosis and prognosis.
We are of course praying for a miracle. We also ask for Yah's wisdom and guidance where the treatment is concerned. His doctor told him that depending on the outcome of the tests they will want to run, the oncologist could possibly offer chemo, radiation, surgery, all of these or just one or no treatment at all. We are also aware of natural means, such as diet and juicing. We need to know what to do once we have a better idea of what we're dealing with. Please pray that Yah will lead us.
One final note:
Moshe asked me to pass on to all of you this message:
If he has at any time offended anyone here on SWW, he wants you to know that he is very sorry. He realizes that in the past, he has lost his cool, got angry and said things that he should never have said. He has in the past made apologies and set out to make things right with those that he knows about. If there are any that he is not aware of, he wishes to do that now.

Ally have sent you a friend request because my Dad has cancer and i think I may have found something which may help you both. I will email you tomorrow. What I've found is something new to me - I won't go into too much detail here but will explain more in email. However I must send you the info about it because it will give much hope. In the meantime please BE STRONG Ally - this is not the end - as much as it may feel this way - rather it is a beginning. HaShem is with you and His arms are around you both. Moshe must not worry about having offended anyone, just being here and contributing has meant more than any offence that may or may not have been taken by anyone. Stay strong, There is a path through the thorns of dispare into a garden of joy. I'm writing this late at night so I'm sorry if my words aren't making much sense, but my heart reaches out to you continually. I know it must seem very scary at the moment, it is scary to feel so venerable and unsure about the future, but be assured you will start to see a way forward soon. Shalom All,
I just want to take this time to thank all of you who are praying for Moshe, and ask that you would continue to do so.
The doctors have not performed the biopsy yet, but today he will be having a bone scan. They are keeping him in the hospital to do the biopsy and a scan on his neck and head. They say that he will be in the hospital until at least middle of next week.
He requests prayer for strength and for a miracle of course. He is battling negative and fearful thoughts (as you can imagine), please pray that he will be able to remember Yah's comforting word and take comfort in that, and that Yah would send His Ruach to encourage him.
If any of you would like to send him a little message to encourage him, I know that he would so appreciate this. If you would, just send them to tanakh_only @yahoo.com.au and I will either print them for him and take them to the hospital or I'll read them to him over the phone. It would really mean alot to him.

Just want to send out a BIG THANK YOU to all of you who are responding with your love, prayers and encouragement! It is definately being felt and is much appreciated! I am reading your well wishes and messages to Moshe or printing them and they are bringing him much encouragement. I am very humbled and blessed. Blessings to you all. Just wanted to bring you all this update:
Head and neck scan - good!
Bone scan - good!
Blood work - good!
They did the biopsy today of the growth on the vertebrae. We are waiting for the results of this test, as they will determine what treatment they will offer. The doctor did say that just from what he can tell before the actual results come in, it appears that it is not too aggressive. Good news again.
He is in a considerable amount of pain especially at night. He has been in better spirits lately though and is encouraged by the outpouring of prayer and well wishes. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

From the pen of Moshe: To all our friends in the SWW community: There is not much to report as far as progress with Moshe is concerned. We should have some further developements in a couple of days. Unfortunately we have been put in a position where we will only give out updates to SWW friends after they first contact Ally via this site. We decided to do this because there are a couple of insincere and cold hearted gossipers who derive pleasure from reading and passing on the info. like some news headline. They have no good intention for doing this other than gossiping with a judgemental spirit. They make no personal contact and send no greeting. They are not even members of SWW. We do not want to feed this wickedness - hence these measures we have taken. We apologize for the inconvenience to the sincere ones.
