I will have to say your father was very wise.Milk Thistle capsule which I buy cheapest at Vitamin Shoppe here in California will give you a "turbo" liver.
I very seldom get sick now. You will really start to notice a great effect in 30 days if you take 3 capsules a day every 12 hours.
I also installed a shower and water filter to take out chlorine from my diet and the effects have been wonderful.
Most likely your talent of painting has exposed you to harsh chemicals and they have affected your health.

Milk thistle is a powerful herb.I used to have dizzy spells until I took about 3 capsules every 12 hours. I got my Mojo back pretty quick but I had to quit drinking wine.
My system is clear of Toxins now. Yah makes the herbs for health. All we have to do is take them.
