burn free

If you observe a candle burning as I like to do, it seems to be burning up towards the heavens.....I have always took this as a symbol of our work, what ever it may be, showing a light that in part helps others and ourselves to take the time to reflect.

How I got here

Raised in a traditional Southern Baptist Church

Resisted joining (getting dunked) I could never explain this…..as it seemed to others that I was just a rebel, thus I am lost.

Spent entire youth living in a daze, while making TONS of bad decisions.

Thank you for your response.

A quick story, Once I came to know Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savoir I could not keep my mouth shut, I shared with (just about as many) folks as I came in contact with on a daily basis, I never bothered to ask them if they were an atheist, an agnostic or have known Christ all there life, I “Just Shared” period.

My dear wife was raised catholic, I was raised a very strict protestant church w/ a “dominic” background… our parents did not totally agree of our marriage, but …. after we were married we attended many churches, not really knowing we were searching for, but knowing together, inside we had not yet received “all” His truths, (Is there such a thing? All the truth.) While attending a local “charismatic” church, (still searching) we (while still attending this charismatic church) attended some seminars put on by a young man, David Asscherick, you may or may not know of him, just shy of 2 years after that, my wife, our youngest daughter, and myself followed our eldest daughter into the baptismal tank and were baptized into the SDA faith on her 16th birthday, You may or may not be SDA, I do knot know, regardless we Do Sincerely believe in the seventh day Sabbath of Exodus 20, this is clearly commanded all throughout the Bible, old and new Testament. (We are Still searching for Bible truths, you see lucifer has done a Very good job at distorting and twisting ALL of our Fathers truths just enough so as to, how shall I say, “Make them Dangerously Covert”))
