Abramham Pleads for Sodom -- this weeks scripture

If there were 10 righteous people in Sodom, G_d agrees not to destroy Sodom. Sodom is destroyed, so 10 righteous people did not live in Sodom. Is this OK so far? My question is this "What about the children?" I'm sure some of you have thought a lot about this, please share you thoughts. Thanks, Is this simply a faith issue?

Greetings and Roll Tide!

If you pay attention to these laws and are carful to follow them, then the Lord your God will keep his covenant of love with you, as he swore to your forefathers.

He defends the cause of the fatherless and the widow, and loves the alien, giving him food and clothing. And you are to love those who are aliens, for you yourselves were aliens in Egypt.

I understand there is an orthodox synagogue up in B`ham? Just curious what other Alabama folk in particular do.

So glad to have you on our Hebrew Torah Reading Team! I have to explain to people that there are different places in Torah, and different places in reading Torah. Everyone on our team really IS a Hebrew Torah Reader . . . some with more comprehension, some with more fluency, and we are all growing day by day.

Thanks Myron,
Quick question, do you know what source (or version) the scriptures in this book are quoted from? Thank you.

Blessings,
Steve

Shabat shalom Myron,

I appreciate the welcome. I have been listening to Ross since he began on Universaltorah.com. It is wonderful to see his outreach and teachings bearing so much fruit. I also placed a link to his site from my own as soon as it was established because of its great potential for sowing seeds and helping to gather Yosef as a united people.

Be blessed,

Allen
