- Thanks Valerie, I am on a diet to heal diabetes Type 2. I got a book , "Diabetes Type 2 You Can Reverse it Naturally" from a health shop, and have been following the diet in this book. Since starting this diet about 3 weeks ago my sugar levels have dropped and I am loosing weight, I just have to get into the habit of exercising. Thank you for your prayers and advise.

- Hi Valerie, Sorry It has taken a while to reply back to you. I have not been well. I have recently been diagnosed as a diabetic and am trying to get that under control, now I have laryngitis. My family have also been keeping me busy, so have not had a lot of time to reply to posts. I am glad you had a nice birthday. I knew because birthdays are posted on the main page of SWW.
