I wanted to take some time today to publish an update on all that is going on with Roots of Faith and the Synagogue Without Walls as well as to request your financial support.
It seems that there is a growing interest in what we are doing and I am pleased that we appear to be meeting a need in the lives of so many people who are seeking truth from the Scriptures.
When I received the keys to the historic Temple Sinai Synagogue in December of 2005, I had no idea what was in store! At that t…

Hey All,
I'm forwarding this article from the JPost that someone sent out on another list. It is written by Caroline Glick who many of you may know is an ex-IDF officer, a frequent commentator for the Jerusalem Post and is well qualified to comment on this subject. Here is a link to her personal website if you want to see her bio.

In my humble opinion, this is the most concise and accurate descript…

Ari Abramowitz of Jerusalem, Israel, has committed to a meeting in Jackson, MS, on Thursday, July 15, 2010, at 6:00 p.m., at "The South," 627 East Silas Brown Street, downtown, Jackson, MS. All of you are welcome. If you have a past, present or future in the Land, you will want to hear him teaching from the Word and from his experiences. He will also be able to discuss our questions with us. He may even have some of the answers!
We do have a venue that is large enough to acc

How long have I wandered again, this time so far from the light that I embraced the Gods of my lover?
"Thou shalt convey it with worship, though you likest it not."
Somewhere along the way, somewhere along the path, I turned, diverged, and found myself in the blackness again. My teacher in these separate ways behaved only appropriate to her Tradition, when she left me alone in the darkness...and yet, I cannot help but feel resentment. Now, I am reading the words

This Op-Ed in the NYTimes conveys some much neglected background to what is being poorly reported far and wide regarding Monday's incident off the coast of Gaza. I have given the link to the story and encourage readers of my Blog to circulate this far and wide via e-mail, your own blogs, and through other avenues available to you:

May 14, 1948, the date of the founding of the modern State of Israel, has a strange and uncanny connection not only to the season of Shavuot or Pentecost, but the actual date on the Hebrew calendar. See the latest United Israel Blog post for details:

Shalom Everyone,
YeHoWaH is speaking to me today, through Exodus chapters 19 and 20. Two years ago at this time, YeHoWaH also spoke to me through these same chapters. YeHoWaH led me to read Exodus Chapters 19 and 20 on the day before Shavuot which is the 49th day of the count to Shavuot.
According
to my understanding of what is written in the Tanakh this 49th day is today, and is the day in which YeHoWaH revealed Himself to all Israel at Mt Sinai. This is the anniversary of t…

It is the Hebrew Bible, the Tanak, that gives us the most direct reflection of YHVH, His Plan, and His Ways:
Speak where the Bible speaks, remain silent where the Bible is silent, be vague where the Bible is vague, call Bible things by Bible names, and do Bible things in Bible

Some of you know that the Jerusalem Post has a "Christian Edition" published in partnership with the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem. It is a slick monthly magazine with a massive circulation, over 100,000. It truly is a way to reach the entire evangelical Christian world that supports Israel. John Hulley knows the editor well, Gershom Gale, and I have met him also. He has do

Some of us are old enough to remember June, 1967, where we were and how deeply affected we were over the incredible crisis of the war with its amazing, truly miraculous results. For me it was one of the defining events of my generation. See my Blog for photos, links, and a video that captures the moment:…
